Quick Troubleshooting Tips

Restart Your Equipment

Power off your ONT and router. Wait 30 seconds, then power them back on. Allow 2–3 minutes for your connection to stabilise.

Check Wi-Fi Signal

Move closer to your router or try a wired Ethernet connection to rule out a Wi-Fi issue. Walls and appliances can reduce signal strength.

Run a Speed Test

Visit fast.com or speedtest.net to check your current speeds. Compare results with your plan to identify potential issues.

Check Router Settings

Ensure your router firmware is up to date. Log in to your router's admin panel to check for any configuration issues.

Inspect Cable Connections

Check that all cables (power, Ethernet, fibre) are firmly plugged in. A loose connection is a common cause of intermittent outages.

Check Network Status

Visit our Network Status page to see if there are any outages or maintenance windows affecting your area.
